Proposal Generation and Creation
We have a few new screenshots to show. We’re in the process of completing the proposal portion of the application and I figured it would be nice to show you what we’ve been working on (trying to hold to my promise of posting every week).
Bellow is a screenshot of our proposal creation screen. A user has the ability to populate the new proposal with text from existing proposals or start from scratch. Really just a short form with some predefined sections that I usually included on all of my proposals. Although not visible on this screenshot, you will also have the ability to attach a file (PDF, etc) to also send with the e-mail to the client. All proposals will be created as drafts until you send them

The second screenshot shows the view of the proposal view, which is generally what you would see without going in to edit. As you can see we have populated the proposal with Lipsum text, as well as provide a section on the right where you can view any recent activity that has happened with your proposal.

The last screenshot is the second half of the screenshot above, which shows comments from both the client and yourself on the proposal.

And that’s it for now. Please remember to get the word out for SixCentral. We’ve already received tons of feedback and requests from the hundreds of people that have already subscribed for our updates. We are trying to digest any and all feedback, as it will only make the application better. These screens are especially important as we would like to incorporate every aspect of a proposal you may need. We have already built a ‘Form Builder’ so you can generate your own templates and store them on SixCentral.
So as a shameless plea, please tweet this post and blog about SixCentral!
