SixCentral Sneak Peek!

Hello!

This is Ryan from SixCentral.  I’m responsible for the overall design of all the facets of SixCentral, including the application you are all eagerly anticipating. We’ve been promising all week that we would start showing some of the early stages of the application, including screenshots of features we have already completed, so here it goes.

The first screenshot is a view of our client listing.  As you can see, the application provides the ability to easily browse your client lists, as well as interfaces between all of the assets belonging to each client (proposals, notes, invoices, etc).

The second screenshot shows a detailed view of any particular client (in this case Apple — note we have never done any work for Apple, but wouldn’t mind if they asked). As you can see, the client details are all duplicated and editable.  Toggling between tabs gives customized views of each of the different assets belonging to the client. We have also added a unique feature for adding private notes to yourself about each client. This is especially helpful when you have multiple projects going on and need a clean, organized way to keep notes on each and every client.  What you do not see in this view is the “Global Comments” section, which is a way for you and your client to communicate back and forth on each invoice, proposal, or contract.  The next round of screenshots should have the comments section included.

Also, you will see the “Recent Activity” section or “Client Dashboard”.  This is entirely customizable and provides you with a list of the most recent action items that have happened pertaining to that particular client.  This is a duplicate of what comes from the Dashboard, only segmented for an individual client.

As you can see, we still have a long way to go until launch, but we are feverishly working to create the application as fast as we can. I’m going to try to commit to sending out new screenshots every Thursday night so you all can see the process, and make suggestions as we go along.

As always, feel free to contact us at: info@sixcentral.com with any feedback (positive or negative).

Until then,

Ryan
